Not sold (tbh I’m a bit surprised about that).
It’s probably not the original 1990 paint, it was sent back to Salsa for some repair in 1994 and probably repainted then.
So - original Salsa paint.
It's not exactly a bargain, it's just the market price for these great brakes. Try finding another one cheaper...

You have to buy 80s Suntour/Shimano/Campagnolo bacon shifters. They work.
Bars: Specialized RM-2 or RM-3. Everything else is modern stuff. Isn't this a RETRObike community?

This is one of the very few actually FnFs, not redecaled or anything like that. The legend says this was acknowledged by mr Gary Helfrich as the real deal. It’s awesome and rides just like a Wicked Fat (hmmm... can’t understand why ;) )
