In a subtle way they're both trying to tell you that it's a very rare, interesting, unusual and quite valuable frame. Over the years it looks like a lot of components have been changed, brakes, forks, seatpost etc for low end parts but the frame is quite something. Here's a thread you may find...

Re: If you have to have an IG chain then I've got a couple of NOS ones doing nothing, I bougt them from CRC donkeys years ago. To be honest though, save your money and use something else. They're just chains.

Re: Cane Creek 110 headsets are well worth a look, on a par with Hope & CK. The only down side to them is the snob factor, cane creek make cheap headsets, medium range as well as the high end 110. CK, well they make CK headsets.
