Thanks for your answer. In fact, they are not loose, three of them are broken, probably due to the pressure they receive from the tubes that are compressing. So, this frame must be crap.

Hello. Just a quick question. I've seen one of these frames for sale here in Spain, but the metal collars are loose. I don't know which is the function of these, how can they be fixed or they are for mere decorative purpose?
