Rebadging was rife for sure - there were tonnes of Intense M1s coming down the hill :lol: More recently you'd see an awful lot of Maxxis Minions with careful application of black permy marker to the sidewalls too. I'm not sure what makes this a team bike, and I'd hate to see the OP get seduced...

I bought the Caygill, sadly it's just too small for me. I'm looking to sell it on for what I paid for it if anyone is interested. I'll get some up to date pictures and start my own thread.

I've a Caygill 653 MTB frame that's very similar in detail, right down to the cable stops, bet they're close in build dates. Lovely frames, could be a nice thing that with a bit of love and nicer post, bars etc.

I ran original XT V brake calipers with M900 XTR canti STIs for a while. They were kinda spongy but worked just fine. I got some cheap little converters back in the day, they looked a bit like a Cog Hog with an eccentric roller, they made them feel more like a V brake. Can't remember what they...

Argos Cycles did this job for me last year, including matching both colours from a sample. I am over the moon with it.
