I suspect that you may be using an unsuitable definition of "equal". While I agree that not all people are the same, I think that "equal", with regards to the statements you appear to be disagreeing with, is intended to mean of equivalent value. Hope this helps. Carry on.

I use an 853 Sirius as a spare hardtail/commuter/child seat bike. Nice riding frame. Not spectacular, but I have a Columbus Life Kev Winter custom for spectacular. Doesn't have the swappable dropouts though, so stuck with 26" qr which is no bad thing in my opinion.
