Hope 180mm Floating Disc Rotor, MTB. Used a strand of copper wire to fit into the expansion gap, approx 4mm in both sides from the flange outer, knowing the ID@6.50mm and OD@16mm my best reckon is 8mm.

A tricky size to accurately measure unless you have a retired floating rotor to perhaps disassemble as both rivot flanges cover the core, will have another look later see if maybe a feeler guage can get in the expansion gap, will let you know. Maybe check tech section on hopetech website see...

I believe the surface of the bushing that slides against the Fox fork stanchion is PTFE, these are stuck to an aluminium ring, to size them your forcing a smooth slightly larger round stock through the bushing, this kinda compresses, squashes the PTFE to the size needed to fit the stanchion...
