If you mean at the lugs, they should not be loose! They are in effect a lug adaptor to allow the 30mm tubes used on the frame to fit into lugs designed for 28.6mm tubes

Price drop to 575. I probably didn’t talk up this one enough. The ride is great as you’d expect from Podium. Plenty stiff when you stomp on the pedals but also comfortable all day long. The paintwork, aside from the chainstay looks fantastic in the sunlight
