They're a very unusual size - 16mm inner diameter. They don't correspond to any common sealed bearing. MAVIC used to sell spares, but I doubt they have any left. No harm in asking, I suppose.

A Nitto RM-013 might work. They come in 25.4 or 26mm, three widths, and have a bit of flare. Top picture here:
