30.4 is a horrible dimension... I've been looking on the net since the beginning of my build, but there was not a single one that came by... at least not a Syncros.... Here is a picture of how the bike is now I'm not building it completely period correct (not all 1991 or 1992 stuff on it)...

MRC I would say... I had a quill MRC stem of 145x0°x1" (see picture) that weighed 163gms (with little tuning)... I know they made 'm in Ahead in lengths of 135 and 145.. and I would like to believe that these are a lot lighter than my quill stem.. ...the only thing... they are quit...
