    ...totally agree on that Kaiser... It's a sub hobby.. I would start with the tires and/or wheels. Reducing the rotating mass on your bike makes the bike faster. ...and...eh.... shorten your cables. Not only for weight, but the rear brake cable seems a bit long... and flexy..
