Wheelset Pulstar / Mavic 237S 32h 70 Euro Don't know for sure if it's pre 1998. Used, but in fair condition. The bearings run a little rough. Rims are straight. Postage will be 20 Euro to the UK with track and trace. Living elsewhere ? Let me know and I sort out what the cost will be.
