I'd never made the connection before in regards to cycling regulating your breathing when you get into a rhythm, and meditation regulating your breathing. I really should buy a proper one...the proper size...this is ok for 1" but it doesn't stay in very well with 1&1/8"...hence the cork to push up afterwards to 'lock' it. Typical Yorkshireman, eh? It'll be reet!
