There’s a black and green Team on eBay. Some slight damage to the paint but it’s pretty mint. Been on for some time now at £1,200.

The ‘96 KK had silver rings.. iirc it was available only as a frame set, so that catalogue image was probably an example spec..

Woah. They are incredible. I have a set of green Cooks q/rs, and I recall a set of green ‘E’s on a Hei Hei in a (gonna say ‘96) Kona brochure.. but never seen RSRs before. Where did you find those?

Not exactly a response to your request, but I usually supplement my own meagre skills with the contents of the Park Tools guide.. but increasingly these days, I learn from YouTube. Sometimes the details you need to get right don’t leap from the page of a book for me either. Was watching vids...

Might take the chance on a set of brake levers.. would be a bit more circumspect with a set of cranks..
