A picture would be helpful. If you look at the bottom of a rear stay, close to drop-outs, you shall find a number where the year of built is written. Check that on your FUCHS frame (if it is FUCHS). Post a picture to x-check and clarify.

yep, this is old-good dual-slalom and XC fork as well, Czech-made by Mr. Novotny in mid of 90s. Many local dual-slalom and XC riders were sponsored and riding this fork. It was good alternative to Rock Shox Judy or Manitou forks, but not as good as RS. My brother-in-law rode Kangaroo dual-crown...
