I bumped my own thread last night and obviously wasn't able to put 2 and 2 together 🤦♂️
I have a full set of non-matching mounts available if you want the adjustability:

The clamp is the very early type, and it looks like those didn't have the collars? It definitely looks like it's cut as a "cylinder" and isn't concave! If that's the case then you don't have any adjustment for toe-in. A new set of mounts would fix that. We need an expert on very early magura...
I said washers, collar is a better description! As said, loosen the bolts and you will be able to adjust the whole slave piston within the mount. If it doesn't move easily, take completely apart, clean, and put back together.
Just unscrew the bolts in the NDS crank arm, pull it off, then pull / bash the drive side out. If you need the BB out then you will need the correct tool
If you can't find a straddle cable that's long enough, you can use a standard brake cable, you will just be missing the extra large ferrule to help unhook it when you need to open the caliper
It depends on the bosses - will either be U brake (and only U brake), or canti (and in that case V brake too, unless you have an extra wide rim)
post a pic
Thanks, I saw that one yesterday. I'm not concerned about replacing the rivnut, only that the carbon might be damaged (not just the visible clearcoat). This frame is 15-ish years old, not used for the last 14-ish of those, and has been stored indoors.
