I sold cinelli stems back in the 70's and don't remember any caps in the box. What I do remember were little rubber domes ghat fitted over the nuts holding the brake cake in so when the bars swung round the bare metal of the caliper didn't mark the frame.. .

Arc en ciel are one of my fave rims from BITD, good compromise between strength and lightness. The French kit is a bit marmite, the downtube shifters are considered by many to be the best.

MBK are the rump of Motobecane iirc, like Bianchi they did a range of frames from training frames to more top end like the one above. No mistaking the French connection lol.

10 mm x 135 mm length campag thread available from many places, SJS for example. Even Weldtite do them. Somewhere like Mercian might actually have a Campag one?
