A bit worried of bubbles under paint and there is no pic of the seatpost clamp area that might be cracked. Also the cable ferrule stops need inspection. So for the price where it is right now I think worth the gamble, but there might be an unpleasant surprise.

It is a 1992 Blizzard in option white. Fork might be worth more than the frame. It would make more if parts are sold separately. Both frame and fork are in high demand, and with current surge in retro parts prices it is not easy to give you an estimate. Fork could go north of £350, frame easily...
