    Litespeed Mountain - 1991... 1991?

I believe it is a 27.0, but I had some struggle with it when I fitted an original 27.0 Litespeed post that I could not get fitted. Strangely enough, the 27.0 titanium Syncros did fit.

    Litespeed Mountain - 1991... 1991?

I love this build and your commitment. I have a similar bike, see my sig. It took me quite a while to find the original fork. They rarely come available but it is not an impossible find. I can’t tell what I paid as it was part of a trade in my case. I guess value anywhere north of £450. You...

Litespeed Mountain - Value? Early 1990's

Headset and seatpost tube indeed look very worrying, as @ishaw indicated. These are normally shimmed. Worth checking. I would not buy it unless having a very good inspection. Worth hard to say. Don’t think this is an original Litespeed fork. Rest is tat.

    Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt 92(ish)

Quick update. I fitted a new XC Pro headset and the stem. Together with the wheels I now have a first feel how this is going to look. Very clean!

Can we just agree on what NOS means please!

NOS is one of the easiest definitions as it cannot be more black and white. Apart from NIB, that is. But at the same time, so much NOS inflation going on. Apart from the blatant NOS when it's not (mounted, ridden, refurbed, etc) there is also NOS'ish, NearNOS and almost NOS. All of it is not...

    BEWARE: adult Rocky content!

That’s pretty bonkers. Was it pulled or did that actually sell? Good build though, cranks I wonder if you could consider them period correct.

SYNCROS Powerlite Rigid Fork - Show some love! And show us yours!

I usually don’t argue with people who feel the need to address me in a silly way, but hey, since you directly asked me what my point is on something so blatantly obvious, it feels like you struggle in general with these kind of things and could use some help. Yes, these forks are rare, not many...

SYNCROS Powerlite Rigid Fork - Show some love! And show us yours!

I’ve owned a set of Powerlites with that feature. It had a screw fitted there. Guess for having the crown fitted more securely. Not sure if it was a factory feature or an aftermarket addition. It looked stock though.
