New bike - would you choose disc or rim brake ?

I prefer rim brakes over disc brakes especially because it is simpler to maintain rim brakes over disc brakes. DuraAce 7400, 7700, 7800, 7900, 9000 and 9100 provide phenomenal stopping power which is as good as disc brakes.

    Masciaghi Fausto Coppi Lugano 53'

it rides well and it is very nervy frame. Nemo and Foco are two steps higher but those are very expensive and right anything made of Genius tubing is getting expensive.

Another unexpected purchase, the Fausto Coppi Lugano 53 in Columbus Genius

No,because most of the professionnal teams back in thge day rode their coppi bikes with Dura Ace, the 7800 has follow tech II technology which is superior to Campagnolo Ultra Torque, also I prefer Shimano for the shifting smoothness, better braking and cheaper cost for spare parts compared to...

    Bianch Genius

Great frame and great bike 👍 The Genius tubing allowed race bikes to be light and stiff, I think this one as such should weigh between 9.4 killos-9.6 kilos and with a carbon fork between it would weight 8.9kilos -9.2kilos. One of my friends whom I raced with , had a Tommasinni Tecno Extra with...
