Help me find info about the frame

Assume the frame number starts F0A, that would suggest a January Year 2000 frame.

    Coyote DH

Found this whilst researching the Trekking Fox brand. Another rebranded F2 by the looks of it, also with Fastrax forks. This photo is from a Gumtree ad.

Help me find info about the frame

What's the first letter/number of the frame number? 5? F? partly welded over so not easy to tell from your photo.

    1993 Trek 7000

I'm pretty sure it's a 1993. Exage LT shifters, cranks and brakes, LX mechs as per the catalogue. I'll try another 27.2 seatpost and give the clamps a grease. Thanks for the link to the tech specs!

Help me find info about the frame

It's got a disc mount and no cantilever brake stop, so I'm guessing post year 2000

    1993 Trek 7000

Got this 1993 Trek 7000. Not the fanciest bike in the world, or even the 1993 Trek catalogue, but I haven't ridden rigid for a long time and it's mostly complete, original and has an Easton frame. Can anyone help with the seatpost size? I thought 27.2mm but it seems too loose and won't...

    Help identifying frame please

Quite possibly a Claud Butler. See thread here: https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/help-identifying-a-claud-butler.483285/ Frame number is the same format and appears to be a year apart. Yours will be a 1997 manufactured frame.

    Help identifying frame please

It's not a Coyote. What's the frame number though? May help identify it.

    Avid Brake Lever Question.

If it has an 'L' in the part number, I believe that means it is for long travel (V) brakes.

Thanks - That's a 1995. Bit more searching on here and I've found an identical one with a slightly earlier frame number to yours: https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/so-picked-up-a-frame-id-help-please.386302 Always nice to see another Diamond Back!

Sold MARZOCCHI DROP OFF 1998 black forx like Z2 Z1

They've had some changes/upgrades. The stickers on the legs and the brake arch are both 1999. They're not a drop off, but have the better adjustable valving from the regular (better) Z1. If one of those adjusters is black, that would mean you have a Z1 CR with older lowers fitted,

Sold SOLD Nice lightweight Diamond Back Axis 1995

1994 was nickel plated (in the UK) and didn't have mudguard mounts on the forks. Can you put up the frame number? It should start with a 'U' the first digit being the year.

    Saracen tufftrax 1996

Ditch the pump. reflectors and that mud plugger/crud catcher thing.... Some amber wall Z-Max would look great.

    Owner 500AMM - 1993 Klein Fervor

That's a nice cutaway of a Z1 fork - Looks like a used fork has been cut up. Crown and top caps look like a 97, brace is 1998 and aluminium steerer is unusual.
