After changing their logo every year, it looks like Kona decided to use them all for 2013. They should just stick with the 1995-era serif font on that 29er; they never bettered that logo. Nice bike, too (still not convinced about those oversize headtubes/steerers, though)

I was about to go in the other direction, and buy some skinny type tires for this so-called "summer". But it looks like that wheel MIGHT just fit the front of my bike (On-One carbon fork), which has 90mm between fork legs & about 70mm clearance between a Big Apple & the fork crown...

^^Agreed^^ Get your money out! I got my copy yeeeeears ago, when it was first on DVD (maybe from Charlie the Bikemonger?). It's an awesome piece of work, and stands many repeated viewings.

Keep the paint. Of the fancy 'factory' paint schemes that Kona offered on the Hots, this flame-job is way nicer than the 'star & bars'. And as this is a Ti frame painted like a Hot, it MIGHT have been a team frame at some point...? I'd swap my bare Ti Hei Hei for a factory flame-job...

The Cleland was way more usable; Not to mention that the shipping seems intended to deter non-US bidding... Could afford the bike, but won't pay that shipping (shipping alone is about 13X what I paid for my first cruiser :lol:)

My only modern bikes is a rigid 29er. I love the retro stuff but, as a bike to be "ridden" this is the first bike that actually fits me. I realized that the first time I tried one, and bought my own within a few months. No more of this:
