Everyone's feed back appears to be spot on. Brakes were hs11s as one came with it. The seat tower repair is very likely as there's another rc100 on Google images I spotted that had the same work done, same size as well. Will continue today!

I've gone hs33 on the brakes, the re-reviting of the bottle cage bolt went well as the school I work at has a plane build on the way so lovely kit to borrow! 3D printed guides look OK.
The cable guides were missing so i 3D printed a set, sanded them and sprayed them black. I have since acquired another set off a deceased crackenfail sm800 so i might use those.

I haven't and I really should. It's currently stripped and polished. Stem and cranks have been powdercoated, bb bearings, elastomers, working hs33s, xt thumbs, bottle cage bolts sourced so well on its way.
