looks likes just rear triangle dipped. appears to be both sides by looking at dropouts. but just the one stay showing chrome.

thanks for the input. yeah paint is a little different. I dig it too. Owner says he bought frame/fork together and added big fork down the road. cable stops are slotted. pics don't show it I guess. sn appears to be 191 which puts it 85/86

I was fortunate enough to score this Rocky TiBolt frame last week (right place right time). early rocky decal on head and seat tube and grey/black decals instead of the usual red ones. my other Tibolt is built up with suspension and v's etc so not sure what the plan is for this one yet. prob...

Looking for input regarding value of this 19in Ti Bolt frame. Its kinda cool in that I suspect its an "early" one as the decals are typically red and this has the earlier headtube/seatube rocky decal. enjoy your weekend all.
