Halfords Matt black spray paint is great to refurb faded XT shifter mounts. Now looking sweet. Just deciding on which bar grips to use… old school soft foam looking? Or reproduction Onza grips?

Gotta love a full degrease and clean with Covid. Every single screw/spring/bolt removed and cleaned. Reassembled in good working order. The first generation XT is completely serviceable = fantastic.

Measured all my forks and stanchions, all same length 320mm. Same in my FSX running 80mm

Agree, I’ve been hunting both catalogues for 10yrs. As the retrobike archive doesn’t have them and the other Peugeot enthusiast site never got round to uploading them either. Now I have them 😎👍
