I really have no idea, though I assume it hasn't been worked over much. A few more pictures attached, including serial number, pump braze on, and ugly side view showing the (superficially) pitted top tube. Crank (driveside) is Stronglight with TA rings.

Picked up this interesting Liberia locally a few days ago. Frame is straight, patina looks great. Big frame but I just couldn't pass it up.
