A beautiful job you have done too, just looked closer at those pics above and it seems it was more a brushed finish when it came to you. This knowledge makes it even more important that I keep it nice & give it a decent shot at a fitting build.

I've got a ratty '98 Palomar frame in the huge 22" size, (proper GT 22" so 22.5" ctc/24"to top of seat tube) actually it's almost a complete bike less the wheels but very tatty & was specced with RST fork too so likely not what you're after. Whereabouts are you by the way?

Big ask, but are these still around? Our lad's after a set and rather buy through the forum than Wastebook or Fleabay etc. Cosmetics not such an issue as we ride our bikes pretty hard for retros, so likely will get added to in future ;D
