Last here are some recent trail pics.

I had a chance to get introduced. Made a visit during a trip to CO. A couple months later he showed at my house with a van full of old stuff.

It's a piece of history, but just fine in my loft with some periodic trail time.

Here are the final photos of the bike as Doug had it, you can see he had the threadless stem on there (as found) with a Manitou 2 fork. Though I kept that stem I decided to rebuild the bike to the original condition in the original magazine scans shown earlier.

Been sitting on this one for a while and figured it might be fun to post it up. Picked up the frame from Doug B's shed in CO back in 2015/2016 and finally built it up last year. This is the very first Manitou FS built in 1991 and featured in numerous mags and for promotion. Frame was cracked...

What are these going for these days?

Happy to work a direct sale if anyone is interested, ebay shipping fees are nuts and I'm not sure why they are so high. This is my listing in case that wasn't obvious.

Nice one, I would say the frameset and cranks should be good for at least $1500, maybe a bit more to the right buyer. Where are you located?

I have a whole wheelset, but not sure the hubs are Record OR, they don't have the little grease port. NOS build though. In the US, so shipping would be bunch if you're in the UK.
