Bit of me that. Love Cannondales from this era and stills looks damn good (to me!) Do you have a link for the bar you're using? With it being chinese, I'm hoping it is budget friendly as I'd quite like to add drops to my 29er to see if I like being able to run it both ways.

I have used Shimano ones from Ali and looked identical to shimano ones, worked no worse so assumed the ones i got were legit. I suppost fakes are getting very good. If i get pads from AliX i always go wtih Cooma pink pads. Work great and they're a good price.

Oh nice! Very bling wheels! I have very limited use with Berd spokes on a 29er but didn't keep the wheels. I have wheels with deerobust spokes (carbon blades bonded to titanium nipples) and have had some reliablilty problems but not often thankfully. Maybe i need to try Berd again. Lovely bikes...

Cool forks! I am also intrigued by these wheels. Any more details? hub looks Extralight-esque and spokes are similar to ones i have used from Deerobust. Had any issues with your spokes on these?

Just re-read your post, I am 179cm tall so you're not much taller but the bike above was my setup. Frame may be too small for you. I have used this bike so much. Loved it and will regret it once it goes but basically have a Ti equivalent and really don't have room for lots of bikes now. Respray...
