Basically if goes to the nodes, it's prone to spreading more easily and becomes more reactionary i.e., can flair up. Keep on keeping on. Look after yourself dude 🙏

Sunday morning road-ride before the weather turned later afternoon. Chilly 8 degrees but a smidge of colour before the sun hid behind the ever thickening grey clouds.

Unexpected but much welcomed Saturday afternoon ride. Long sleeve season but reasonably mild'ish with a steady breeze. Glorious sunshine and super-clear views (which means bad weather ahead). Tacky in places but rolling well.
