Congrats! Apparently they had been even shown in the 1994 GF catalog I've thought that those brake shoe holder had been introduced a bit later. Personally I do like the Grafton cantilevers with angle plate brake shoe holder a bit more, but £78 sounds like a great deal.

to me, other than the color scheme / elox parts and a bit of retro pieces like Manitou FS like rear suspension and chain stays like used 30years ago at this bike I find this ride very ugly I must admit. In particular proportions doesn't match to what I all a nice bike.

A bit strange, I do know those decals and paint job only for the XCross model from 1990, but with 700C wheels and dropbar Your's seem to be a regular 26 MTB, right?
