Indeed they are and not always that easy to get hold of. I know the sizing of these are pretty big too and can struggle to fit lot of old frame which kinda' defeats what they were designed for.

Well noticed Pete! I got excited at the mention of a roller cam and couldn't see the seat tube in the way for the images of a roller cam in my mind! Yes long straddle around the seat tube? Might even need a GT style cross-over guide to prevent straddle cable rub against the seat tube perhaps...
