Reynolds Frame Builder in the UK - 1999 Kona Explosif Project

Ye Yes, Woodrup/Bob Jackson do build in 853. ..no need to be 'certified', though, Reynolds will sell to anyone. They charge £110 for a new top tube. I imagine a retrofitted towel rail would be around the same. https://www.woodrupcycles.com/renovations/ All the best,

    Pace RC100 hose guides???

Hi Andi, Paypal friends &family to dan@danson.cc with your address and I'll get them posted off for you. On the Maguras, they are mineral oil, so pretty friendly to bleed. Just need to cot the hose, fit a new olive and flush out any air bubbles. There's a technical manual with instructions in...

Look Fournales Disc adapter to ISO2000?

If you can find an original part, you'll either need to find some pre-ISO caliper and hub, or convert the Fournales adapter to ISO like the one I did above. All the best,

Look Fournales Disc adapter to ISO2000?

My IGES file for the Fournales fitting adapter to ISO. Feel free to download from my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/p1aqh7szqc6jo9475ksq5/Fournales-ISO-Adapter-Part-1.iges?rlkey=atwc56rri2e10saus4jb7zmcx&dl=0 It would be a hugely expensive part to have just one made. 3D printed in...

Many thanks, both of you. :) Really useful. I've been asked to make a repro fork and want to get it right. Al the best,

    Accutrax info, please.

Can someone measure the tube diameter of Accutrax fork blades for me, please? Presumably Inch size, but it's hard to confirm if it's 1" or 1-1/8" from pictures. All the best,

Why do we want rare, complicated stuff?! Amp forks kupput

I have a spare fork spring, happy to match your Fleabay find price + postage. Middling black or firmer red available, as I'll just fit the other one back in my fork, which is not one of my ridden AMPs. For the record, here's the full spec for the fork springs that I put together: All the best,

    English Range Rider

Looks like they do 48mm RnR in both 622/700C and 584/650B, so a little closer to fatter version of the Nokian https://brucegordoncycles.bigcartel.com/product/650b-x-48mm-rock-n-road-tire All the best,

    English Range Rider

Hi Graham, a scan of the head badge would be really useful. I have someone who can rebuild them pretty much from scratch. Font etc shouldn't be a problem, and the elephant is clear and undamaged, but what is the little graphic on the side? My brain is not parsing it as anything. All the best,

    The Rarest of rare?

Justin Components hub :) 🤔 ...I haven't been able to find any info at all about this brand. Bought from the US, pretty fat axle ends, so presumably some sort of 'downhill' suspension mod. All the best,

Folders! Foldable bicycles, minivelos and demontables

Help with a recommendation for a frame builder brazing titanium…

Happy to have a look...biggest problem is usually getting the internal gas purge right, but at least the inside of fork legs should be pretty clean, unlike chainstays and BB shells. It would be welding...Ti doesn't braze. All the best,
