Pretty bike, it's clearly never my size but had to be rescued. Not sure what I'm going to do with it, it has some nice Suntour bits on it so most likely part it out as frameset. We'll see.

They are both 26"24", and the rear dropout looks the same. Although on the first picture it's a little crude.
