    U brakes are more exclusive and more cool. I wouldn´t chage. Check the brake pads and buy some good ones like cool stops etc.

    🫣 Probably the owner din´t notice that. It could be repair adding new material with some welding and sanding and you will not notice. I would paint in another colour, because that red will never be the same. Probably I will repaint in black that area and the other side too to protect against rust.

    It is not a Derailleur, it is the tensioner, that has internal hub gears, probably 3. Brake (only one) has been upgraded and the seat post is Titanium too and some other parts changed. It will look much better in full turquoise and black peripherals ....
