Similar but the ones I have seen are plastic and called slotted cleats with mounting holes that match up to screw holes in the shoes, I wouldn't trust nails/tacks

Mine is not a Ti40 vcballbat its a 1981 Team made in Worksop, possibly one of the last to come out of the Carlton factory

I thought the same, but this is where I got the spacing from, its also low on the 40th anniversary bikes, I have looked at lots of pics and it seems the TI badge is all over the place on forks. The badge looks like it should line up with the rim, well that's my explanation 😊
