    I am down in south London / Kingston way. Yes, £80 was a bargain Yes, I have the truvativ version of the DMR wondercups, they are press fit (well, hammer fit) and long bolts. Not sure the beat way to get them out without damaging the frame, may buy the park tool BBT-90.3 and hammer them out.

    Well, some reading, having the threads backwards means that the bearing causes the cup to loosen. Urgh, removing the cups is going to be a long hard hammer job

    Slightly embarrassing question, it would appear I put the bottom bracket in the wrong way round, the right hand side hollowtech shell goes in the left hand side. Whats the long term impact? They came loose today (or I hadn't tightened fully...)

    DMR wondercups, that was the name I was trying to remember. Managed to find another manufacturer making new ones. Hopefully it works, i'll post some photos of the build later.
