Can anybody tell me if there was much difference between the Zaskar frames? Ie are the 97 frmaes anny better than the earlier 93/94/95's - lighter stronger? cheers peeps

Spot on thats exactly what he said mate, he was adimant it was a Zaskar and basicly said no refund in a round about way, although when i think about it im almost sure he knows what he was selling. Ill try Gt you never know?. Surely whether the seller new or not what he was doing it was still...

Right here it is, what you reckon peeps?. From what i can see only the front/rear mech and pads are XT, all the rest are Deore. Looking bak at the ad he hasn't mentioned much about the add he has advertised as follows, its only ny 'questions to sellrer' that mention it being 10 yr old american...

Paid £300 for it, it was advertised as having xt brakes, shifters and XTR front mech, with XTR rear mech but again once i recieved it this doesnt look correct.... to be honest once i noticed the 7005 stamped on it i didnt look at it any further at the rest of the bike for fear of throwing it...

Afternoon all, Wonder if you might be able to give me a bit of advice/help. I baught a 'GT Zaskar'.... or not! yesterday from fleabay, on arriving home last night taking a closer look it has 7005 stamped on frame were the rear wheel is held in place. Now i thought all zaskars were 6061? does...

Can anybody tell me how GT measure the size of there frames (yes i understand i'll need a tape measure :roll: ), I believe they measure up differently to other makes. Many thanks

cheers for that mate, I have been looking at this one but all the componeants are LX, thought it would be too pricey to replace them all for XT's wasnt sure if it was worth the hastle especially at the price he is asking and then just to replace everything? :D
