    Giant TCR Team Once

A little upgrade on the bike. I´ve fitted a San Marco Concor Light, great confort, lightness and looks. I think my quest for the perfect saddlle for this bike is over. I will also change the wheels, found a very good deal on a Ultegra wheelset, hopefully by tomorrow I will have another upgrade...

    Concorde Squadra

And here is another one. I own a 1989 Concorde Gavina frame in Columbus SL. I say I own the frame because components are always changing, at the moment it is converted into a fixed gear. Yes, I know, it scratches sacrilege, but at present time I do not have resources to fit it with a nice...

2009 Specialized Allez Sport aka "Red Stripe"

I really like your bike. Nice upgrades, must be great fun to ride. Aesthetically is very beautiful, always loved these Specialized frames. Are you planning more changes in the future? A SLR saddle would be perfect in there :)

    Giant TCR Team Once

Awsome bike, from where I´m standing seems to be very well equiped :) Campy Record? Couldn´t help notice rear derailleur, isn´t your chain a tad too short?

    Giant TCR Team Once

Seems to be very light, but I do not like the looks :) The Catopuma is on its way, confirmed with the seller and rails are not a problem on my seatpost. I will have to tight bolts carefully, though.

    My Giant ONCE TCR

It will be interesting to see the process to touch up the frame. I think the Turbomatic will sit nicely on the bike. Also looking forward to see that grey TCR on the move :)

    Giant TCR Team Once

Thank you. Yes, I really like the final result, a few changes will be made, but general looks will be the same. Paintjob is really great, I will try to post a few better quality pics as soon as the Sun decides to come out, these do not do the bike any justice. I am going to fit a Selle Italia...

    Giant TCR Team Once

Thanks, elPedro666. Yes, that was the original ideai, an FSA stem. This one is a bit too long, so I may have to change it anyway.

    Giant TCR Team Once

Well, she´s ready to rock and roll. Sorry about poor quality pics, really bad weather today here in Lisbon, Portugal. I "test drive it" for about 20 miles, feels very responsive and fast, frame is really fun to handle on corners, tyres perform flawlessly. I´m still working on gears, I think the...

    Giant TCR Team Once

@elPedro666: the extra length might not be nice because I belive I will have to reach to far to place my hands on hoods for proper shifting and braking... but it is just an impression, I will have to test the bike and see how it feels. @riddim-track: I am short of patience when it comes to...

    Giant TCR Team Once

The FSA stem I bought was a cheap replica, a closer inspection revealed a little crack on the inside. I was alerted that replicas were being sold on that website, so I returned mine to the seller. For information, here´s a link that might be usefull to someone...

Concorde Gavina (Columbus SL) - late 80´s.

I´m just about to complete a road bike project, so a few weeks ago I decided to convert my Concorde into a fixed gear. Continues to serve me faithfully and she as lost some weight, has just 8,800 Kg now. The bike had a bullhorn handlebar for some time, I have fitted her today with a 3T Forma...

    My Giant ONCE TCR

Totaly agree with you, your frame will be very pleased to have a 7700 DA groupset :) In my humble opinion, the natural crankset is the one to go, unless you finish the job and remove the logos on the polished one. That seatpost is a Giant original piece? Great choice for the saddle, Flite is...
