The twin downtubes where a pain to paint strip.. Very tight areas. Update: New decals arrived today from Gil_M :) Damn they look good! Now the letters in the main logo stay blue (instead of green):) Next up, applying decals and then a clearcoat. Then Assembly :)

This is the first Amplifier, 1993. The 1994 had the same decals as the black and silver one. (red outlines, metalic white letters) Edit: Also stick a propper amp fork on it :)

Its a B3 and its a single downtube. Look further up and you´ll see it :)

I ride it pretty agressively so the extra damping suits me nicely :) Havent had any issues with it so far.

The amp b2 and the mongoose amplifier are the same bike. Mongoose bought them from amp research and branded them as the amplifier under amp's licence

What do you use to defend against chain suck ? Sticker? Sharkfin? paddding? discuss ! :)

Im having issues with the decals, since they dont seem to stick properly, I think its due to the matt finish of the paint. might have to go with 1 clear coat, decals then a final clear coat. Also the Decals i printed were printed on clear film so the blue in the mongoose logo came out yellow...

I just have this... Although I am hunting for a Mongoose Iboc Team 93 frame (triangular top tube)

Decals are on the rest of the frame / stem :) Looking pretty decent. Think it might be ready for clearcoating :)

Decals just arrived today from the printers :) I did them my self from scratch since I found it to much of a hassle to order them from the Uk.. Now to see if I was wise to do that...

its much much brighter than the pics... Almost glowing.. :)
