Quick update to break the silence :)... I'm waiting to hear back on a couple more quotes as I'm trying to get better pricing to make this feasible. Will provide an update as soon as I have more info.

It wasn't a conversion, just posting that I don't want to pay 500 for a rear derailleur. Converting your asking price would be more like $412.

I picked this up with plans to build it... but playing with the idea of maybe painfully releasing it back into the wild. Overall in what I'd consider decent condition for its age other than needing the headtube repaired / replaced (Has 2-3 cracjs). It's SMALL... :) $1000 OBO Located in the US...
