I was a big fan of the Prairie Breaker Pro when it came out.

Kind of an esoteric beast, Gecko Y-File (so named because the the fillet brazing was so tidy it didn't need to be filed). I remember when those came out and the excitement of the first one on a group ride. Cool bikes.

The magazine mockup precedes the black bike, which looks like a regular Yeti. The MBA Ultimate bike looks like a Gecko Genesis. Nothing to say against the cool bike from FTW and definitely a good back story, just not the first Ultimate.

Just so you know, that is just an Ultimate that was sold by FTW. The first Ultimate was sold by John Parker, is black with a welded serial and resides in California.

I dig it. I wouldn't mind one of those frames in my size.
