    Vernon Barker in Dronfield quoted me £70 to sandblast and respray my raleigh, however i havent done it yet so i have no idea on quality. And it was a single colour.

    Thanks for replying. Unfortunately I'm not to clear about clearances, I'm fairly new to bike building. The original advert for the bike says that its fits 27 x 1 1/4 Wheels http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British_isles/Falcon/Falcon_cat_1.htm Any help is appreciated.

    Just bought a frame 70s falcon frame and could do with a matching fork! Chrome or not, I'm not fussed, as long as its a Reynolds 531 1" threaded fork with a 185mm steerer. Thanks!
