Update ! Decided to clean and refit the Impact headset that came as standard on the Lavadome. Pretty glad I did ! It looks just right & I really should have done it sooner. For some reason it feels nice on the bike, better than the LX headset. Also refitted the seatpost clamp that came with...

That's one colourful Kona fella & thanks for the comments 8) Have replaced the blue Lizard Skin with a new and more subtle black Specialized protector. Also replaced the saddle with my Bontrager Race one because I think it looks a little more period (complete with scuffs!). Steve.

Yes, my name is Steve & i'm...i'm... a bad cyclist ! There, i've said it. What a weight off of my shoulders :shock: I've actually done more mileage walking to & from the garage to fiddle with bikes than any on a bike recently!
