Moser Leader AX frameset with dedicated seatpost,56

i think they size up quite big, so a 56cm might be ok if you ride a 58cm, i think that is a 91, i have a 90 that was the same design paint pattern but in green/light green and white, i paid 250 for that in worse condition, then got it painted in this paint job, for the record my one was also...

so i started a bike shop. update 31/07/24

hey guys, really appreciate the comments, i'm gonna try and make the Malverns, for the record i feel fine, just a dull ache on the right side, and when riding uphill it feels like i'm squeezing it, but other than that no pain as such, so frankly i don't feel ill or anything, i think the worst...

1989 (i think) Muddy Fox Seeker! the prodigal bike returns!

got more done last night, it's finished in the sense of i can ride it, and having had a car park blast i'd actually sday it rides nice, certainly nicer/more comfortable than my Courier Comp, i think it's the stem position being a little less head down! gears work fine, have fitted a basic...

1992 Marin Rocky Ridge - £25 eBay Find

i always liked the rocky ridge, when rigid it had black forks, that combined with deore dx meant it was a very classy looking bike, looks good with the manitou forks though.

new toy added to the fleet, Fat Chance Buckshaver

@foz they were on there when i got it, i think it was copied from the pink one i saw at malverns that keeps popping up on instagram, thye don't seem to make noise and personally i think they are a bit tacky, i'll likely remove them

so old MTB frame to gravel bikes? thoughts? update on 30/06/24

@bikeworkshop i had these GRX levers hooked up to the basic mt200 and the 4 pot deore, both worked fine, i know there is a staff purchase on Hope but i think i have hit my limit this year! might give them a shout but the pedantic in me would feel that i'd need to strip the wheels down and...

so old MTB frame to gravel bikes? thoughts? update on 30/06/24

so i decided to do a bit of moving bits about as i had pretty much decided to try the drop bars on the bike, obvs this means quite a spec change, and a few gremlins have raised their heads. so the bike had Hope brakes, XTR, mechs and shifters, the drop bar i was using was from a previous build...

1989 (i think) Muddy Fox Seeker! the prodigal bike returns!

ok so we have movement. the frame came back from the painters, slight cock up though, i'm not worried though, basically i was expecting the same stickers i sent it with as i asked for exactly the same as original, somewhere in transaltion it ended up with the earlier stickers, i think the...
