Windows will only use a maximum of 3gb of memory on a 32 bit system... any more RAM is a waste of time.

I made the decals for my Kula.. see my signature.. They were made from white water slide decal paper, reproduced using catalog images and Corel Draw, and then printed using a laser printer (a rather expensive one at work). You can't print water slide paper with an ink jet with out lacquering...

Its far better then Vista.. Things are actually where you expect them to be, and its boots as quickly as OS X. definitely worth the upgrade. I've been running it for about a month now and the overall performance improvement is impressive.

Just had a look at the same folder on my mac.. (System/Library/User Template) Its restricted the same as yours. I would imagine that it is a system critical folder that apple lock down to prevent you from spooning something up? I wouldn't wory about it!

Do you have more than one user configured? It may be that another user on the Mac has created and restricted that folder. Alternatively if you have deleted a user it may have the same effect.. Not 100% sure but that is definetly a permissions issue on that folder.
