The other bolt didn't look like it was threadlocked and came off with a fair degree of force. I'll try the plusgas soak first and if that fails I'll put the kettle on!

I can soak it for a week or more. I'm in no rush!

Trying to remove a counter sunk pivot bolt from the drive side bearing of my EST project. The bolt has well and truly rounded and I've tried the torx bit trick to no avail. Anyone have any ideas how I might get it out? I've done a little research and believe there are screw in bits called...

Re: Nice. Love the SE2000 paint job. Flexstem shouldn't be a problem but the fork will be I'm afraid. You could try and locate a non Force40 1" fork and run the front brake cable through the hangar on the Flexstem. You'll have the look just not the Force40.

Re: Think it is just the fork itself. The bikes aren't common and would imagine a separated fork would be hard to find. You might be able to find a donor bike. What forks do you have now?
