Re: Pace RC300 Nah, the one in the picture is NOS, it's the tyres that I bought with my RC200 in 1999 that are 15 years old. The wall on the one that was used on the rear has finally frayed and worn through, but fair play, I've had some use out of it. I'm slowly changing the more modern parts...

Have you made a jig to hold the tubes in place while you do the work? When I was trying to get the headtube replaced on my RC200 I was told by Pace & Spondon Engineering that they couldn't help because they didn't have a jig to carry out the work.
