It was accidental since most of the other frames in big size or medium size I saw were either in bad shape (rusty and dented) or broken , I could never ride a 14,15,16 inch MTB frame so the 17 inch frame was chosen as an acceptable standard minimal standard. I also figured out how to adapt it...

Mine is in process of build, I need a seat post a saddle, then it will go to my bike shop for the assembly

I prefer rim brakes over disc brakes especially because it is simpler to maintain rim brakes over disc brakes. DuraAce 7400, 7700, 7800, 7900, 9000 and 9100 provide phenomenal stopping power which is as good as disc brakes.

it rides well and it is very nervy frame. Nemo and Foco are two steps higher but those are very expensive and right anything made of Genius tubing is getting expensive.
