Welcome to the forum. It may not be the most sought after of retro stead’s, but back in the day I wanted one and I would buy one now. That one looks fairly low spec judging by the cranks and rear mech, but it is only £70. Reasonable basis to upgrade from.

Thanks. 113 it is. I tried RS7 103mm bb with a 46 tooth outer chainring on the bike and the chainring touched the elevated stays. Was so confident that I had the correct bb length that I then tried the RS7 with smaller chainrings. Still not much better, maybe even worse The 103mm is the perfect...

Having bit of a brain fart atm. What is the correct length of bottom bracket for the Rs7? I’ve always used 103mm for the rs3s. Did they change the required bb length on the later models? I’ve tried a 103, but everything is just too close to the chainstays and bb shell. Tia

Are the frame and forks still available?

I have no complaints about the continentals and if for mainly for on road pottering, then they are more than adequate. I don’t hammer my retro rides and am happy to put the continental wire bead race kings or cross kings on. For less than £20 per Tyre delivered I don’t complain.

Dont know what you mean! But I now have three bikes with slow punctures and run out of patches. Think I will be riding my current project before I get the others fixed. (patches in the post.....apparently..... still)

Are you sure it is 29.2? Prettty sure RC200s F4 and F8 are both 29.4mm In which case I have a well used Roox.
