What a ballache it is uploading photos! Hopefully you can see the attached. Not sure how to post the link so the photos appear without clicking onto the link. If anyone could enlighten me I'd appreciate it!
Re:
Have had a couple of rides, so it was even shinier prior to these but I'm chuffed with how it has come out. Only thing I will do is change the bar tape to white as I already had this stuff in the garage. Hopefully it hasn't blended into the autumn browns too much!
Trying to attach pics...
Sherlylock, as I mentioned, your Corsair thread was the inspiration and invaluable to me as a complete novice. Mike J, your pics here and elsewhere also hugely helpful. Sites like these are such a great resource. Criterium is complete!
Picked up a 1975 Carlton Criterium in need of some love and have been learning as I go along from others, this hugely helpful forum and lots of RJ Bike Guy youtube vids! Some pics attached before I got started...
This thread has been very helpful to me so thanks for doing such a great resto and putting it on here in such detail. Just done my first ever restoration (most i've done previously was repair a puncture!) on a Carlton Criterium.
